- Medications, pathology, radiology, X-rays, scans, or any other investigations are not included in this tariff and will be charged separately.
- Surgery and Procedure Packages will be charged separately and are not covered by the above tariff.
- Cross-consultation with doctors may be required if needed and will be charged per visit.

Upon arrival, you can approach the reception where our front office staff will guide you through the admission process. Additionally, consultant doctors may advise you to get admitted via OPDs, and the reception will take it further with your consent. In case of an emergency visit, immediate attention will be provided right there.
A Unique Identification Number will be assigned to the patient for future reference, and an estimate will be prepared to help you choose a suitable room/ward. An advance payment is required, which will be adjusted at discharge. For cashless payment, you’ll need to visit the insurance/TPA desk.
You can make your payments through cash, debit/credit cards, bank transfers, UPI, and QR code scanning. Post completion of admission formalities, our staff will escort the patient to their assigned room, ensuring your comfort. Please note that in case of Emergencies (like those requiring ICU admissions), processes need to be expedited. We request your cooperation for the same. Furthermore, the timings for IPD billing is from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday.
Discharge for IPD patients follows the treating doctor’s advice. A discharge summary and relevant documents are provided, and all dues must be settled by the patient’s attendants before leaving.
Patient & Attendants’ Rights
- Request information about the attending doctor(s) and department consultants.
- Inquire about facilities charges within the hospital premises.
- Seek an estimated treatment cost before admission.
- Choose to leave the hospital at any stage if dissatisfied with the treatment.
- Obtain treatment and patient status updates from the doctor, consultant, and related staff.
- Lodge written complaints regarding any concerns.
- Request information on treatment files and reports.
- Inquire about disease status, complications, and precautionary measures.
- Consult with other doctors specialising in the disease.
- Request privacy regarding the medical condition.
- Disclose identity when required for the safety of the patient/relatives.
- Consent to blood and component usage, unconsciousness, surgery, research, and high-risk experimentation before treatment.
- Demand access to treatment-related records.
Patient & Attendants’ Responsibilities
- Demonstrate respect and cooperation with the doctor and nursing staff.
- Provide consent for treatment in a sound state of mind.
- Cooperate in paperwork regarding cashless treatment (if applicable).
- Clear their monetary dues.
- Maintain awareness of prescribed medications, their potential side effects, and dietary guidelines.
- Stay informed about necessary vaccinations.
- Be informed about contagious diseases and take precautionary measures.
- Comply with the directives of the attending doctor and related staff.
- Adhere to the hospital’s terms and conditions.
- Take care of your personal belongings. Misplacement/theft of any item shall not be the responsibility of the hospital.
- Cooperate with the hospital to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and a sanitary, infection-free environment.
